  1. What is the procedure for acquiring a project quote?
    Call, email, or use our Contact Us Form.  After reviewing your information we will either setup a time for a site visit or send you a quote based on your needs. 

  2. Do you work outside of New England?
    Yes.

  3. Do you work outside of the United States?
    We could.

  4. Can NCN find and sell me used and hard to get parts?
    Depending on the availability of the parts, yes. 

  5. Should I go with Category 5 or higher for my data?
    That depends on your situation.  Please contact us so that we can discuss your needs.

  6. Are you licensed?
    Yes we are in several states.

  7. Do you stand by your installations and work?
    Definitely.  We take pride and guarantee all our work.   Contact us for our available warranty options.

  8. Are you certified to install any particular phone switches?
    Yes.  We hold certifications to install the Mitel 200 Light Switch series (PBX) and for Nortel PBX systems.

  9. Do you install residential, network wiring?
